“The greatest mistake in the treatment of diseases is that there are physicians for the body and physicians for the soul, although the two cannot be separated.”
– Plato, Charmides, 380 BC

Terri Schiavo taught the nation an unforgettable lesson – the indisputable value of having an advance directive.

IN MY OWN WORDS™ is an advance directive video recording service to supplement and enhance written directives. The video will record you describing “in your own words” how you want to be taken care of in the event you are unable to advocate for yourself.

Copies of the video can be sent to your family, physician, attorney, stored on the Web, a cell phone or an SD card.
